Madeline Leman will take you on a trip through 60s surf, 70s pop, and her unique brand of ‘Femmericana’ twang. Influenced by Bonnie Raitt and Carole King, Madeline captivates audiences with stories of strong women who ramble their way through the mundane and the profound. Featuring lush vocals and playful storytelling, Madeline is sinful and soulful, heartbreaking and leg shaking. With a big end to 2019 including sets at Out On The Weekend and Reservoir Stomp Festival with her band The Desert Swells, Madeline is gearing up for an exciting 2020.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. Yaluk-ut Weelam means ‘people of the river camp’ and is connected with the coastal land at the head of Port Phillip Bay, extending from the Werribee River to Mordialloc. The Yaluk-ut Weelam are part of the Boon Wurrung, one of the five major language groups of the greater Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
