Sara Savage

Sara Savage is a writer, editor, broadcaster and DJ. She currently works as a producer at Art Processors, an experiential design consultancy operating predominantly in the cultural sector. Previously Sara was program manager at MPavilion (2017–18), editor of Assemble Papers (2015–17) and assistant editor of Australian Book Review (2013–14). She has been a broadcaster at Triple R for nearly a decade and has also presented shows and segments on Hope St Radio and Monocle 24. As a DJ, Sara has played all kinds of events including Golden Plains festival in 2019.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. Yaluk-ut Weelam means ‘people of the river camp’ and is connected with the coastal land at the head of Port Phillip Bay, extending from the Werribee River to Mordialloc. The Yaluk-ut Weelam are part of the Boon Wurrung, one of the five major language groups of the greater Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
