Please note that due to current circumstances, the meditation club scheduled for Wednesday 18 March has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvience.

For all its progress, modern life isn’t slowing down anytime soon. We’re constantly bombarded with emails from our bosses, colleagues and clients, and social media notifications from our friends, family and people we don’t even know. And as these pressures keep piling up, we’re left feeling busy and overwhelmed.

In response to the relentless pace of modernity, meditation studio, A-SPACE will be leading free guided meditations every Wednesday morning at MPavilion. Whether you’re new to the practice or have been meditating for quite some time, join A-SPACE’s knowledgable leaders and start your day in a righteous way.

Due to poor air quality, the January 15 meditation session has been cancelled. Please join us on February 19 for the next meditation club!

This event is supported by MPavilion’s principal partner RACV.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. Yaluk-ut Weelam means ‘people of the river camp’ and is connected with the coastal land at the head of Port Phillip Bay, extending from the Werribee River to Mordialloc. The Yaluk-ut Weelam are part of the Boon Wurrung, one of the five major language groups of the greater Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
