Ever wondered what it’s like to fall in love with a building? This event was made for you.

During our opening weekend, come meet and learn about the new MPavilion, designed by Australia’s most famous architect, Glenn Murcutt AO. Through MPavilion’s specialised Cupid Crew and a series of questions directly from the MPavilion, experience a new connection unlike any other.

This event was programmed by our M_Curators team. M_Curators is an MPavilion initiative engaging young makers, doers and programmers.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. Yaluk-ut Weelam means ‘people of the river camp’ and is connected with the coastal land at the head of Port Phillip Bay, extending from the Werribee River to Mordialloc. The Yaluk-ut Weelam are part of the Boon Wurrung, one of the five major language groups of the greater Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
